I get the sense that the collection on offer here has been painstakingly selected by a highly skilled and intelligent librarian. The staff are always very helpful and never obtrusive. Within a few seconds of entering this tiny store I always find title after title that immediately grabs my interest. Not many "bargains" on offer, but everything I've bought has been well worth the price I paid. You won't regret travelling a few extra miles to get here. Read more

Both the Customer Care Rep, Melissa, and the Audiologist, Lindsey, were welcoming and friendly. I could not get my ears tested on my first visit because of impacted wax. They advised me on what to do before getting my ears flushed at a local clinic, and patiently rebooked my appointment. Eventually, I was able to get the tests done and earned 150 AirMiles, too. First, let me start by saying I am really hard to fit. I spent hours getting fitted on granville st and just up the street from these guys. I never saw them until I went to the new Shoppers. Ive never had people be SO nice to me when I told them I didn't bring my wallet! They also seemed pretty confident (bit over confident) that they "always" get hard to fit people. So I went back (from DT) to check em out. I left with six bras. I am happy (so is my husband!) Recommend for hard to fit people. Read more
