I just ordered from kam yin for the first time tonight. Solely because I was lazy, it’s NYE and I did not want to drive cuz it was cold! lol I was very surprised how good the food is, had the dinner for 4(a) Not salty, the chicken balls where pretty much all chicken!!!!! The veg was crispy and cooked well! Only thing greasy( a lil was the wontons) but everything was way better than expected! If it was this good on NYE, I’ll Definitely be eating there again!!!! We go to the Barley Works on Friday or Saturday nights after nine pm to play trivia. We have samples seveal of their menu offerings and really enjoy the perogies and spinach salad. April is a great bartender and we are never left waiting or wondering if we are being taken care of. Worth the drive to Waterloo if you like a place to sit and play a bit of interactive trivia. We could even substitute other dish with the order. It was surprising fast and delicious! we had tasted variety food. Hot and Sour Soup is the best! I had never have such soup anywhere else. Also I like Mongolian Beef and Broccoli, Bean curd with Dry Hot pepper sauce. Very tasty!
