The experience was great! I am new to yoga and found it extremely helpful in learning how to do yoga properly. It's beneficial having physiotherapists teaching the course as they were able to make adjustments for people with different limitations. People say yoga is a journey - this was like a wonderful vacation!
I learned about Saskatoon PhysioYoga when I hurt my knee playing sports. When I called to inquire about an appointment I was surprised by how easy it was. They have a great, efficient system set up. Linda, the owner took the time to provide the best service possible. It was great and had me back playing sports in no time. I would recommend Saskatoon PhysioYoga to anyone!
Saskatoon PhysioYoga Physio, Linda was very professional and knowledgeable while working me through my work related injury. She provided me with detailed advice and exercises to work on at home to continue with the recovery process. Along with the exercise she gave me advice of how to avoid future injuries.
