Estevan Arts Council is governed by a 12-member board appointed by Estevan City Council. It was formed in 1967 by a City bylaw.Board meetings are held on the first Wednesday of each month,except July and August.The Council is funded by grants, subscribers, patrons, fees, and donations.Estevan Arts Council is an affiliate of the Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils.
