Videotron service used to be good several years ago, but has now become terrible. I use both Business and Residential services, and the response time to queries (except for new services of course!!!) can be in the order of days, to a week, to none at all. I believe that it has to do with the outsourcing of their customer service, and in order to save even more money, these out-of-province call centers are surely under-staffed given the exceedingly long wait times.
