My wife and I recently suffered through a used vehicle transaction with this dealership, and following a major error on their part, am still trying to seek closure (and compensation) on our new car being pulled over by police, towed on its maiden trip home, and surprise hotel costs and time off work. Hardly got anywhere with staff at the dealership. Now waiting to hear from Kia Canada. Sales staff were green at best, applied constant pressure to sign onto warranty and financing when we said no.
J'ai fait le tour de plusieurs concession pour l'achat de mon ML 350 2012. Et c'est chez Kia Vaudreuil que je l'est trouvé!! Très bon service et il ont tout fait pour satisfaire a mes demandes. Je les recommande fortement.
Bought a used car from them and gave my old car in exchange. A few days after they told me they are not making as much money as they wanted on my old car so to make up for it they will not give me the rims that were supposed to come with the new car. They are in the contract but I mean what's a sales contract these days. We are 7 weeks after the sale and looks like they're also trying to keep my 250$ deposit. No call backs, no service, you signed you are no longer a customer.

Bought my car from Kia Vaudreuil and i have nothing but great things to say about them. From the moment my girlfriend and I walked in we could tell they truly cared about customer satisfaction. The reason i waited 6 months to go out of my way to write a review is because i just brought my car in for its first servicing and the service department was nothing but good to me. I highly reccomend if you are in the market for a new or used car you stop by.
Worst clientelle service ever, bought a car, and every week it had to be brought in because the fuse kept blowing, leaving it with no tail gate and cluster lights, and been four months, now also having to deal with them not returning calls for deal for including winter tires with purchase. Bought a real headache from a really bad customer service to a car that brought more stress than not having one.
