    Entreprise à éviter!

    En résumé, 400$ en moins, 3 mois de perte de temps, mon laptop a toujours le même problème d'écran qu'au début et selon eux tout est réglé, malgré le fait que j'ai des vidéos à l'appui, ils prétendent que je les ai trafiqués, donc je vais éviter tout achat ou réparation avec cette compagnie à l'avenir. Ils ne tiennent pas à coeur la satisfaction de leur clientèle quand ils passent plus de temps à réagir agressivement, plutôt que pour trouver des solutions surtout pour une question de 400$.

    The place to go for computer parts! The guys usually know what they're selling, give good advices. Prices are good. Never had to return anything.

    Stay Away

    Prices are no better than average, but the true failing of this store is the rather dismissive attitude of the employees and their general lack of knowledge. Need to check if they have a part in stock? Good luck to you as they manage to keep the line busy throughout the day (I seriously doubt they have that many customers to cater to, and if they did, I bet they could splurge on a second line for 5$ a month).

    Bye-bye Apple Care!! This is prompt, contactless, 24 hour service with pickup and delivery, worth every penny! I needed help recovering data on my 2019 Mac mini in a pinch and Konesh was my man. It was still under Apple care but that would have taken weeks and put me at risk, this being the day before Christmas. This is the second time that I’m blown away by the ease and rapidity of this personalized Apple care. In a pandemic world, we are lucky to have his service. Konesh also answers phone! Read more
