This was the worst Customer experience Ive ever had with a Business in Montreal. I own a MacBook that had recently been called for a voluntary battery change due to safety reasons. To make matters worst THE WRONG KEYBOARD WAS INSTALLED ON MY LAPTOP, then I had to come back not ONCE but TWICE for the correct one to be ordered because the representatives at the counter failed to correctly report the error. All the while Royal Photo took absolutely no responsibility for the situation.
