    He doesn't speak english and his assistant also same, He will tell you I will only charge 50$ /hr but he will take triple the time basically you will end up paying $150/hr.He doesn't know the anything about refrigeration, he does know ovens though, if you want amuse your self paying so much, go ahead and call him, otherwise nooooo.
