    Terrible. Awful. ...

    Terrible. Awful. Not worth the money. I have never been more disappointed with the quality of products and service than I have been at City Star Salon. The hairdressers and stylists do poor jobs. Color doesn't last long. Treatments are not as promised, cuts are crooked - you name it. They do not put in 100% effort, more like 30...if any at all! Keep your hair & your wallets away.
