Firstly, total lack of respect for the LGBT community, dismissiveness and misgendering, and lack of basic courtesy from most of the staff. They sell supplementary protection under false pretense and bold face lie, had a complaint with them they couldn't resolve it in two weeks, never returns calls so I toke my business elsewhere. If you value basic decency and respect let alone prompt service don't go with them.
