Our visual inspection is a process that can require an hour or two more than other inspection firms. So if, for any reason, the inspection takes longer than expected, that’s not a problem. We don’t have to dash off as we only complete one full inspection per day. Before the inspection, we prepare by reviewing relevant and available building documentation, establish your family’s requirements and evaluate and determine if certain Specialist Inspections would be useful.
