Originally from Ottawa, Mr. Lemieux Sonia graduated in Law from the University of Ottawa and also holds, since 2011, a graduate degree from the University of Montreal in notarial law. It's February 28, 2012 that was sworn notary Lemieux by the Chamber of Notaries of Quebec.
