The service is terrible. I requested Dodge caravan 1 month ago because i have three kids my mother and my wife to go to Toronto when i go there they gave me a santafe (Hyndai). It is 7 passenger vehicle but limited space and it is not a minivan...we suffered entire trip didnt have space to take kids stoller and someother stuffs. This is so poor customer service...
