Le 24 Juillet 2018 (3 semaines plus tôt) j’ai donc réservé en ligne une Minivan (fourgonnette) pour 3 jours. Le jour du Départ à 07:30, le véhicule venait tout juste d’arriver, je leur demande de nettoyer au moins l’extérieur du véhicule. L’intérieur du véhicule, une Sedona de Kia 2018, 45000 Km était dans un état lamentablement sale, malpropre. Les sièges arrière étaient tellement sale j’utilisa un drap pour le recouvrir et je découvris une bouteille de bière vide sous un siège
Terrible customer service, did not address a concern I had. They decided to dismiss the concern I had with them and never return my call. I regret renting a car from Enterprise.
