The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They totally messed up my order, blamed it on me, refused a refund for their rotted food. Don’t use these people, they’re absolutely terrible.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They totally messed up my order, blamed it on me, refused a refund for their rotted food. Don’t use these people, they’re absolutely terrible.
I ordered 2 baskets with them, which I was supposed to pick-up at a designated spot. Their truck didnt show up on time (it arrived 1h30 late!). I tried to contact them multiple times (phone calle, voicemail, text message, message on their webpage, email) but they did not respond. I had to leave after waiting for 15min because of other appointments. They only responded to one of my emails 21 hours later, and said it was my fault for not waiting, and I would be charged anyway ($100).
Belle valeur, beau projet! Mais ce qui me fâche c est de voir à quel point ils font tout en leur pouvoir pour que ce soit ultra compliqué d annuler notre abonnement définitivement, c est très très décevant.
Je suis cliente depuis le début. Quelle belle compagnie pour le principe véhiculé, le choix variéde produits locaux et le service à la clientèle exceptionnel.
