Piss poor service when you prebook!! First they send a reg cab instead of wheelchair accessible! Then no cab at all!! They need to fire the girl answering the phones!! This is not good quality service when they can’t answer phone calls and write down on a schedule !! Very unhappy when your late for dr. And hospital appts!!
