Not what you think. No retail store. Terrible, old fashioned arrangement etc. No thought put into a very important arrangement. I’ll never order again.
I have been using this florist for years. Their attention to detail is impeccable and they put others first. My fiancée and I are looking forward to working with them for our upcoming wedding. My boyfriend want...
My boyfriend wanted to surprise me with some beautiful flowers for Valentines Day (as he is away on business) so he decided to try this place. Unfortunately the surprise was ruined when a lady called to let me know that flowers were coming and what time I would be home. I told her what time and she said "we have a ton of other orders and that time won't do. We still need to be paid. Maybe your boyfriend has someone else that he could send the flowers to at a more suitable time" it was so incredibly rude. The order was made over a week ago and she had the audacity to say it was our fault because it was made last night when we have all the order information. They are clearly not customer oriented in any way and just look at their clients dollar signs. We will NEVER be using this company again and advise others to do the same.
