He was able to diagnose and repair our non functioning hot water heater in only a few minutes then he stayed to ensure the heater no longer shut off after a short time. As a doctor I was truly impressed with his surgical precision. Enercare Should be Called Sorry Care!! I have been paying for a Enercare Maintenance package for years now, I have recently for the first time requested services. Not knowing how the process works since I have never used it, but certainly paid for it, I found the experience very poor and unsatisfactory for the type of service they are in! During a heatwave, my A/C decided to crap out. No ones fault. Took them 3 days for them to come, and still broken. this company is useless. Go elsewhere!

ENERCARE charges alot for their heating protection plan, & their customer service sucks, esp when they take down your phone number wrong & technician can't contact you. When the technician tells you your furnace needs to be replaced, a salesman will come & offer you choices. They charge MORE THAN DOUBLE to sell you a furnace; when you are most vulnerable with NO heat for days at a time. I will never recommend Enercare to anyone; because they just don't 'care'. I cancelled my contract.

Had a furnace and AC replaced .Technicians were late .did not have all the right materials so they had to make a second trip 2 days later Technicians left right after the install and did not even take the time to do any safety checks ,testing etc .He just wanted me to sign his paper and be gone .Very unacceptable . After the install I contacted Enercare Woodbridge office to ask for documentation and bill of sale of transaction .They refuse to provide a bill of sale jnk

Our water heater wasn't working a technician by the name of fazel came to fix it. He was on time, professional, polite and helpful. Thanks fazel for a job well done!
