Dump Trash Disposal

They took 2 weeks to remove the bin after the job is finished. They didn't protect my driveway when dropped the bin. Not only that got a call 2 weeks after the bin was collected (10-Marc-2017) saying I would have $113 refund, which I am waiting since then. Call them several times per week and the response is always similar. "The money will be refunded in the next day". "The account needs to do the transaction." But no success so far and today is 18-April-2017

I made a $500 deposit by Oct 4th for the dump trash service and the container had been towed by Oct 5th. I thought i would have the invoice by the following week but no feedback from this company eventually. They keep saying an invoice will be sent when I called them but no invoice until now. Do not pay any deposit if you would like to have service by this company.
