I am a recent first time customer of Windsor Plumbing & Eel. I went with this company based solely on the reviews left by others for a drainage problem I was having in my front yard. Jesse was EXTREMELY courteous and professional in getting someone over to my place as soon as possible to fix a blockage in my main sewer drain through the cleanout in the front yard. Jessie answered my call right away. He set up a time which was for my convenience. He confirmed the time the day of service. Joshua was very pleasant and efficient. He explained my options and gave me prices before he did the work. I appreciate the customer service throughout this otherwise unpleasant task.

I recently had Windsor plumbing and eel install a back flow valve and sump pump and pit. I was very impressed with the fact that Jesse and his crew were always on time and the quality of the work performed. I was very pleased to see how well they cleaned up afterwards. I needed a sump pump and backflow valve installed. Jessie and his team did an excellent job...professional, thorough and the price was right! I had the work inspected and even the inspector commented on the excellent work!
Very professionnal and reliable service. We called a saturday afternoon for the drain of the house that was clogged. He arrived within 15 minutes and the problem was taking care of very fastly. He took the time to explain everything to us and was pretty cheap too. Great service overall.
