    Hands down, the best customer service I ever experienced. I needed a speciality band saw blade, and I went around Windsor to all the other tool suppliers that can get what I wanted, their sales reps told me that they can help me. They took my phone number and email and every single one of them totally "forgot" to get back to me, But not these guys. Michael, the owner, handled my order with exceptional care. Thanks Mike! I wont bother go anywhere else!
