I just got my food from flying tiger after an hour and a half of waiting they didn't even give me the right order, forgot my 2 pops that I payed for and my food came with no forks or spoons or napkins. And when I called back they said they couldn't bring it to me and they phone lady said there is no manager when I asked for the manager and that I should be quiet absolutely horrible service I will never gain order from flying tiger
One of the best hot & sour soups i've had!!
I've had flying tiger a couple of times before but it was take out and the other day was my first time ever dinning in. First thoughts walking in was nice atmosphere. So we got seated and ordered our usual chicken balls and a few vegetable dishes. We got our chicken balls with in 5 minutes but the rest of the food took at least 25 minutes. We were thinking we should of stayed home and ordered cause it would have been faster. Also when I asked the waitress when our food will be coming cause its taking so long she told me "its coming" in a very very rude way which i was not pleased with at all. All it takes is for something so little like that to drive me away and not retun
WE ATE HER AND HAD THE WORSE SERVICE EVER...THE WAITRESS COULD NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND OUR ORDER HAD SO MUCH SAUCE ON IT...THEN THE WAITRESS SAT AND ATE WHILE SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO BE WORKING...THE PLACE WAS DIRTY THE BATHROOMS WERE NOT FIT FOR ANYONE AND THE STORE SMELLED ...NEVER GOING BACK
I travel all over Canada and this was absolutely the worst food I have had in a long time. The fried rice was made from, what I assume was left over sticky white rice, as there were big balls of uncooked white rice. No love no heart just crank out some food for another poor schmuck. Do not waste you time. Any good review is a schill.
Ordered almost $50 worth of food from here tonight, worse food we have ever had in my entire life no joke or exaggeration. The food was so dried out you couldn't even chew it so it was totally inedible. Called to get the food at the very least replaced which any business would normally do. Got called a liar, hung up on more times than i can count. If your looking for food to eat this is definitely not the place to order from. Sad thing is the food used to be great, so great in fact we use to recommend this place to family and friends. Never again.
Flavour of the food seem to have declined over the years. We felt overcharged for what we ate. Parking is terrible....No parking lot. The only space available is a narrow alley-way next to the restaurant
foods are ok, but cocky attitudes toward the customers. The washroom is in the basement and it is terrible smell and dirty. beware if you pay too little tips, they will throw things at you next time.
Very good food, reasonable prices and quick services. Huge serving sizes. Always need a doggy bag. most of the time there is enough for 2 meals. Veggies always fresh.
I've eaten chinese food at popular places in Toronto and in Windsor, and none compare to Flying Tiger. The portions are perfect, I always leave full. The quality of the food is unrivaled.
very good food. best thing - its open late for night-birds. Food is great!! Service is good too..
We've tried other "Chinese" restaurants for delivery but always go back to Flying Tiger. Their service, food and prices can't be beat. At request, they've kept our phone number on computer with our address and previous orders which makes ordering SO easy. Such pleasant, knowledgable staff. I'm not into "chicken balls and chop suey" but Flying Tiger has a menu that suits my tastes. Favourite items? Do you like reading? I could list almost half the menu. I'll just point out some things that are outstanding and must be tried (with item number on delivery menu): A2. Vegetable soup - simple but incredible broth flavour. A12. Pan fried chicken dumplings - wow! Taste bozanza! E9. Fried Chicken with Mixed Vegetables - such tender, tasty chicken and crisp veggies. F6. Beef with Broccoli - the best ever, anywhere! Crispiest, best tasting broccoli I've ever had in my life with the most tender, "mmm! crying out with the first taste" beef. "18". Yang Chow Fried Rice - for those who like the flavour of rice rather than soy sauce. J2. Beef with Ginger and Green Onion - major flavour. J6. Singapore Noodles - can't get enough! L3. Spicy Garlic Green Beans - if you like lots of taste, this is a must. Well, there's my two cents and with Flying Tiger's prices you'll have a lot left over in your pocket than that.
Overall this place's food is good. I go dinner a lot here with my friends when we don't feel like cooking. And its a nice place to eat Chinese food as dinner. I basically ate most of the dish on their menu and overall the food are good.
Our dinner was beyond OUTSTANDING. Service was excellent, staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and prices were more than reasonable. Portions were very generous with leftovers neatly packaged for home. Without a doubt, Flying Tiger Restaurant is one of Windsor's finest Chinese restaurants catering to a variety of Asian and non-Asian clientele. It was a most rewarding dining experience and one we hope to repeat often. Our deepest thanks to Yvonne and the staff. You guys do terrific work and your culinary offerings re-define the phrase "to-die-for"!
I am somewhat a Chinese coinoisseur when it comes to the food, and this place, for the traditional Chinese fair, including the dishes you will not find on the menu, are amazing. However, for those who love the truly Americanized Chinese food, blegh, watch out. Their style of breading is thick, mushy and doughy, quite revolting. Everyone talks about how amazing the soo guy is here, but if you're at all interested in authentic Chinese fair, stay away from the traditional Canadian favourites on the menu, yuck. Otherwise, this place is AMAZING!!!
Price is very reasonable. The chicken Soo Guy is my favourite. It is so juicy. The chicken fried rice is not oil. The portion is enough for us. The servers are so friendly.
Food's mostly pretty good. A bit on the greasy side, especially when it's later in the evening. Order around the busy times of the day and the food isn't nearly as greasy. They do have the best Chicken Soo Guy in the city though. That's what brought me there to begin with and been an loyal customer since
Awesome prices for chinese food in general, but on top of that you get huge portions. It's mostly american style chinese food, so lots of deep fried stuff and lots of oil, but if that's what your going for, then definately order from here. Good food, speedy service, awesome prices.
Best Chinese! The servings are ridiculous. I have never been able to eat the entire meal. Awesome combos!
