I don't visit this branch anymore like I used to go there every weekend and you will see the teller ask for my ID after using my bank card and you will see the same teller wont ask for others. I was like why am asked to provide ID in my own branch while other branches don't ask me for it? Like something wrong with this branch I don't know anyway we the minority and invisible but not our money?

The worst TD branch. Starting from the manager, the staff do not communicate, and provide horrid customer service.
Horrible Service. I had an appointment with an advisor name David. I was doing my renewal for my morgage. I needed him to email and fax the branch in Ottawa all documents to move forward.He delayed the process and never sent them. This was Aug 5th. It is now end of month. Last Friday I went into the branch to speak with a manager.They were busy in a meeting and I was promised a call. One week later, still no call. My morgage paper due date is Sept 1st. worst service. Still waiting!
