Former Banker
I worked in the banking industry for 13 years and I have a brother who was once a branch manager. I know more of banking services than most. This branch and specifically its manager are worse that you would imagine. I may be wrong, but I suspect that the location within Parkdale explains that in part. I mean why would you place one of your better managers in a branch in Parkdale?
