HSBC

We had several issues/clarifications that needed to be ironed out by HSBC Banking and HSBC Investdirect. We went to the HSBC York Mills branch and were assigned to Saddika Kechroud. She is extremely knowledgeable about the banking/investment processes. She listened to us and looked at everything very carefully and diligently to ensure that the issues were properly resolved. She has great listening skills and was extremely respectful. We wish there were more people like her at all banks.

Dismal experience. Relationship manager fails to respond. Attempting to send him an e-mail is blocked. Interest rates are not posted anywhere, but subject to change without notice. Trying to call the branch after selecting among endless options results in a straight hang-up, without anyone answering.

Tellers can barel...

Tellers can barely manage to force a smile on their gloomy faces. No wonder it has trouble competing with the likes of TD and RBC. Relation Managers at this branch, specifically Saddika Kechroud, is extremely slow in her work and lacks basic decency and interpersonal skills. Overall poor customer experience at this location.
