Gourmet Gringos first opened its food truck in 2012 with the goal to provide the city of Toronto with the experience of fresh, authentic Mexican cuisine. Rapidly expanding into one of the most popular food trucks in the city, and winning the People's Choice Award at the 2013 AwesTRUCK event.
