    DO NOT COME HERE!!! In line on a Monday morning since 730am for 1.5hrs. It has barely moved. There are over 100 people in front of me. I will be in line all day. The sun is scorching, no seats or tents set up. It is inhumane. All I need to do is transfer my license from one province to another, but must wait in the long line-up of folks who are writing tests. This is an extraordinarily bad system. Go to another location.

    The wait for the written test is crazy. I dont get it wht we wouldnt be able to book an appointment. It is not only insulting but it is not safe at all. So many people in a queue foe hours in Covid situation is sooooooo stupid.
