I've had CanNet Cable for just 4 months back . They have decresed the price mid-term but when I rang them up they offered best rate (which is still being offered to new customers) straight away. I had read the many bad reviews and so the switch was not an easy decision. However, I have always had a good experence as a CanNet Customer and I have been happy with the service
Don't do it! Save your self the headache. They came twice to install and both times gave me the same excuse and wanted to come back a third time claiming both times that the tech needed help ( they think I have nothing better to do than to wait around for them). Very unorganized company. They even billed me for the week I've been waiting. You are better off paying a few bucks more and saving your self a lot of hassle.
Absolutely would not recommend this company. Customer service does not exist in their support team. My new installation is not in service for 5 days while I was getting bill for the first invoice.
was searching for the internet plans online and saw the promotions with the great savings.Its very difficult to decide to take new plans from new ISp but according my experience I must say , people should try once. I got good deal on 150 Plan from CanNet Telecom. Thanks you for the best offer/
I was just checking some local deals on yp but suddenly saw the 150M/15M internet plan and called them to confirm whether th deal exist or not. Yes its do and very low price deal. happy availing the service
advertised 100mb/s but didn't seem faster than 25 or 30 mb/s. when i tried to cancel, agent repeatedly insisted on transferring me to tech support. had to demand 3 times that he cancel my service as requested
