Like so many other posters have already said, Wow are the staff ever rude. So rude that I actually asked to speak to a manager. I shouldn't have been surprised when the manager was even worse than the employee - condescending, defensive, and, well...rude. I asked to speak to the owner and was told good luck - the manager hadn't seen him in 6 months. The selection is hit-and-miss, better prices can be found on Amazon, you can't return purchases, selling books here is a disaster.
