    AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I USED TO HAVE THE 1-877-345-8364 NUMBER IN CASE I WANTED TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE BUT JUST A MONTH AGO, THE LINE IS BUSY AND HANGS UP IN 5-10 SECONDS. NOT NORMAL FOR AMAZON.CA I DON'T THINK I WILL EVER ORDER AGAIN UNLESS THEY STRAIGHTEN THEIR ACT AND MAKE IT EASIER FOR CUSTUMERS TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING. FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER (I DO A LOT OF SHOPPING WITH THEM,BUT NOT ANY MORE).

    Their customer service is horrible! They always treated me well for years until today, for over 2 hours, between 3 customer service agents: Andrew, Yousef and Dea they made me feel guilty about ordering from the U.S. and wont even honor me a gift card as a refund, as they did before and insulted me. What happened to those guys? So I canceled my order. Thinking of canceling my Prime and Audible as well.Its not just a bad experience but their corporate culture shifted away from customer focus

    I’ve been a customer of Amazon.ca and have ordered almost a hundred items from them over the years. A few weeks ago I ordered a Tartan Tape Dispenser from Amazon.ca. When I opened the package the product was completely dusty with a crack at the top. It was DEGUSTING! So I complained with pics, returned it and t ordered another one. Viola! The exact same one was sent to me. Except this time sand was falling off the dispenser onto my desk when I took it out. I chatted with Chnmay in customer servi

    Poorly packed lawn sprinkler with large metal spike to stick into the grass. Took package from delivery guy, turn on end and placed it on my tile. Sprinkler shifted down, pierced the box and cracked my floor tile. Amazon offers $20, not even the cost of the sprinkler, as compensation. Disgusting.

    This is the second time I have had a problem with Amazon. Let me explain. Tues Apr 23/19 I was woken at 12:15 am. And told I had a delivery. Now who in the heck delivers at midnight. The person told me she had my code to get in (which she could have got it off the board. I live in a condo) She then insisted that I lived in unit 307 but she did have my name. The call phone disconnected The next day I got a card in my mail saying there is s parcel for me at the Wellington Shoppers Drug Mart.

    I have actually had great service and experiences with Amazon Canada. I can’t say the same with Amazon USA. Amazon Canada customer service always tries to resolve any concerns right away. There was once a package went missing and they resolved the problem right away with that same phone call and no transfers and waiting to speak to someone else. I know that some people have had a hard time getting in contact with Amazon. I have attached the number from the site. Hope this helps.

    I returned a product and it was delivered to AMazon but they have not noted that the product was returned and there is no way on their website to contact them. I have the receipt from Canada Post and a signature from Kartic(?) dated Aug. 30 but I cant get this resolved. The last date listed to return the item is Sept.14. Its crazy that they dont have any contact # I will never order from them again!

    I live in the UK and placed an order for a number of DVDs from amazon.ca. Six of the DVDs arrived damaged with broken cases. I spent over two hours on their chat system with 4 different representatives (Vignesh, Vinay, Kartik & Jyoti) trying to get them replaced. Vignesh ended up transferring me to Vinay when he realised I was in the UK. Vinay disappeared mid-conversation and was replaced by Kartik. I eventually got so fed up with Kartik, I asked to speak to his manager, Jyoti, who was even more

    They don't care about Customer service! Standard reply to my email for a complaint about pricing adjustment. They pretty much said that if I am not happy there is nothing they will do.

    Worst customer service ever. All they keep doing is sending messages to another department and tell me to wait 24 hours for a reply. I've been repeating this cycle for a week, no one has gotten back to me still.
