BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY A CAR from ICAR THUNDERBAY, I regret trusting them, now I am going to be out an additional 1500$ to repair the paint, when I am already overpaying for the car I got. Awful. Went there knowing exactly what we wanted; a 2017 Subaru Outback. Took the vehicle for a text drive and I fell in love with. So, we put $200 deposit on it. The salesman actually tried to take out $2000 down payment then before we had any financial approval/support for the payments. I said no, we would wait until we had approval from the bank. Get a call from him today. Car was already sold when we test drove it. I don’t think there’s any communication there. Or. Someone offered for money.

The new managers are awesome and they really do care. This place has come a long way. They worked out a sweet deal on a Ram 1500 for me and they knew their stuff.
