    This place would ...

    This place would rather let you freeze than have you pay for their services! In a city with weather like Thunder Bay, you would hope that you can rely on a TAXI SERVICE to pick you up since you are paying them. Apparently that is a crazy idea. This place is a nightmare. Several bad experiences.
