there is a young man Fabrizio who works at this branch and I would like to acknowledge his exceptional manner while serving clients....personable...attentive and charming...i would think he may find himself as a bank manager if not a position where his skills will be showcased...
All numbers go somewhere else or are masked wit a menu, 3-5Hours wait min!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
once I get through, the service is great. however, its frustrating to not have someone answer the phone. almost all the time it goes to voice mail.
Yes, it is slow but not because the bank tellers are "yacking"...Its because they are the nicest and most helpful bank tellers ever!!!
This is the slowest bank I have ever been in. The tellers spend more time yakking and chatting then getting the paperwork done. The length of time I have to wait when I go there is very frustrating. I understand that people have more than one transaction and that is not my issue. My issue is the amount of chatting they do is beyond the friendly customer service point. The transactions are done, and they just keep talking.
