I started with Kendal when my son was 6 and would not let go of the stair railing. I sent him twice a week over the summer and sailed through levels, loving each step of the way! After that, I brought my other children. My older girls were worked hard, and they advanced to the end of the numbered levels. I felt all the kids were being pushed in a positive direction. My kids have been swimming with Kendal for years and have made tremendous progress. Kendal staff are friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. This past summer I enrolled in their summer camp and will definitely be doing so again this summer!
I had an absolutely awful experience with Kendal Aquatics. I purchased one week of summer camp at Kendal Aquatics and after the first day, I pulled my daughter out of the camp for safety concerns. On the first day alone, my daughter was injured, bullied and released from camp to a stranger. When I spoke to the owner about my concerns he told one lie after the next and never apologized or admitted fault for anything. I asked the owner for a refund, less the cost of the first day and he refused.
Hi Lanna, I sincerely apologize that you has such a negative experience with Kendal Aquatics. We work very hard to provide a quality service to each participant in a fun and safe environment. I am truly sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations. I am glad that we were able to talk and work out the situation. Once again we appreciate that you brought this to our attention so that we we were able to take the appropriate action.

wow! kendal aquatics is fantastic
we have tried many swim schools for our two children but we will no longer keep searching. Kendal Aquatics is the swim school we have been looking for. It's a great school. The instructors really care and our kids are doing great. the "kendal picks" really work. I highly recommend this swim school for its cleanliness, friendliness and knowledge!! Thanks to all.
My daughter has been taking swimming lessons with Kendal Aquatics for a few years now and has had great experiences. The teachers are very qualified and are top notch. We have been very satisfied with her lessons with them. My daughter is progressing extremely well!
