If you are AT ALL discerning about your alterations.... I would avoid this place at all costs. I spend literally hundreds of dollars on alterations, I know what I want and how I want it done. I tried this place 10 years ago to get a custom camel overcoat made, I told them when I was being fitted that I was very particular and wanted it fitted a certain way.
