There is something wrong in this office. The deportment of many of the service staff is unacceptable. I have experienced rolled eyes, snapping gum, and no assistance for information. I often have to research the rates and policy before stepping in the door to make sure that I am not being overcharged as the credibility of the service staff is weak. I have encountered one good service person at this establishment, but she is exceptional to not be affected by the others' morale and work ethics.

This business is an excellent example of how sexist, surly, rude, lazy, gossiping young ladies can ruin any chance that I, or anyone I know, will ever enter your doors again. People leave that place in tears after being treated like bothersome cattle. Do yourself a favour ....
