I've been to many different groomers and Sharla at Paws is by far my favourite. My dog Becky is a 14 year old Yorkshire terrier with a medium to long coat & I am very picky with how she gets groomed. Becky always comes back looking amazing after she visits with Sharla. She gets all the places most other groomers forget .. paws, sanitary area, shaves ears etc. Becky also had accidents with other groomers .. which she only does when scared, but never with Sharla, she takes good care of Becky !
Paws dog grooming is absolutely awesome! Sharla and her staff and so patient with my bearded collies. She can get mats and tangles out of their long fur coats and make them gorgeous again. I would highly recommend this salon over any others in the area!
We have been taking our dog Dusty to Sharla since we got her, that was over 4 years ago. She does an amazing job on Dusty even though she is not the easiest dog to groom. We have found Sharla to be professional, caring and loving not only to Dusty but also to us. This year my father passed away, I took Dusty to be groomed but because of all that was going on I forgot to pick her up Sharla actually changed her plans until she was able to get ahold of me, now that is caring. Thanks Sharla.
I was new to the area and my senior dog had issues with being groomed. Sharla has been very patient with him and has been able to overcome his fears! She is very attentive to his anxieties and willing to specialize her services to fit his needs. She is not clipper crazy, no routine buzz cut! Napoleon always come back looking so handsome - all within a couple of hours!

I have been taking my border collie mix to them for a year and every visit is amazing. Being part border collie my dog has major separation issues. They treat her so well and keep her comfortable. You can tell that they love dogs and want to make the stay comfortable. They even pay extra attention to my dogs skin issue and treat her with the appropriate shampoo if needed.
So happy to be back in town and able to use them again. Didn't trust anyone else with her while I was living out of town.

We have been taking our two Wheaton's, Molson & Stella, to Paws for some time now and we are very pleased with the outstanding service we receive. Our dogs come home happy and well groomed every time. We feel that the owner truly cares for the well being of our dogs and strives to do a terrific job. Lola our 9 year old Maltese was diagnosed with severe gastrointestinal disease and is on many medications. Since the diagnosis Lola needs extra TLC. Grooming used to be stressful for Lola prior going to PAWS (and Touche our other 8 year old Maltese), but since we have been seeing Sharla at PAWS the experience has been transforming as well as uplifting, pleasurable, fun and relaxing experience. Sharlas calm nature and soothing voice immediately puts you and your pet at ease (this is great for me as I am a hyper and anxious individual when it comes to my pets). Sharla shows compassion and caters to our needs. I once brought along my Lolas breakfast and she ensured Lola had eaten it (due to Lolas health needs). Sharla treats our dogs as if they were her own. PAWS is like going to the SPA….but for dogs. Sharla and PAWS are THE BEST in their profession.

Having my dog go to PAWS is a treat for both Buster and myself. I know that his experience will be one of caring, love and professional grooming. He LOVES the shampooing massage! I always feel confident that Buster is well looked after while getting pampered, leaving me worry free to take care of my responsibilities. The owner and staff are very warm and professional, I wouldn't dream of taking Buster anywhere else. I love picking him up looking very handsome, and happy! I completely trust PAWS to do a fabulous job in grooming my pet, while loving him at the same time. AMAZING PLACE!
We took our Welsh Terrier to be groomed and were delighted with the outstanding job. Sharla impressed us with her passion and knowledge regarding our breed of dog and ensuring the correct cut for a Welsh Terrier. Our experience was a great pleasure and I highly recommend Paws Dog Grooming.
We have had only wonderful experiences at Paws Grooming. Our dog gets a special cut that requires hand cutting so it takes longer. They take their time so our dog is not stressed. He loves going back and that's a good sign. Also, they use good quality products so I don't mind paying, knowing our dog is well cared for. I can't go for a walk without getting multiple compliments on our dog. I give credit to the groomer. I would recommend Paws Grooming for your dog.

we could not finish shaving your dog's face (like you begged us to)because there was no way for us to take his muzzle off and be able to continue shaving with out being bitten. The dog was covered in hot spots and had very soar skin. We had given him a medicated bath to soothe his skin but we also recommended to take the dog to the vet for further treatment so he could be healed. When we shaved the dog, he felt so much better because his skin was able to breath again and because there were so many lovely ladies working on him. We usually charge for a large, sheep dog (like this one) $150-200 but we only charged you $85. We hope that Miller is happy and healthy.
Worst dog grooming experience ever! They were rude, dismissive and frankly, didn't even come close to finishing the job but charged me more money than usual for some reason. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me. I won't be going back again. My dog deserves way better!
