I ordered and paid online 5 weeks ago. I have sent 4 emails, 1 Facebook Message, 1 Text message and tried calling twice(voicemail is full so I can’t leave a message) to inquire about my order status and haven’t received any response at all. So frustrated at this point at the lack of basic customer service. They have my money and I have nothing!
