I have rented numerous times from this company and haven't had any issues. Cars clean and customer service great. No issues with pick up and drop off.

Chemical smell from car, car had a crack in the windshield and the crack grew and they charged me to replace the glass which wasn't my fault.

Very bad experience. I had a car accident and they brought in a car (Mercedes) completely dirty inside and out and used some kind of a serious detergent or air-freshener. After driving the car for 10 minutes I had to stop because my head started spinning and stomach churning from such a strong chemical smell. I called Millennium and they said they will not switch a car and if I return it before the end of the rental term I will pay a penalty.
