The prime rib was excellant cooked perfect. I LOVED THE DESSERT and the service was friendly and effeciant.
There was actually 12 in our party at Bridges for a birthday lunch. In the past we have been happy with our experiences at Bridges. However, today we were not. The food on the brunch buffet was not hot, the roast beef was extremely rare and the cinnamon buns were just dropped right on the table linens instead of being in a serving dish. When you tried to take one, they were sticking to the table cloth. I had to ask my server several times for a high chair and for drinks that needed refilling throughout the meal. Not to mention that you make your food selections pretty much in the dark. I know Bridges is capable of pulling off a much better brunch than this.
Wow the food here was amazing. I was visiting family from Belgium and this is some of the best food I've ever had. Fantastic! The Chef even made a point of visiting our table. Kudos to you Chef Tremblay!
