I am very unhappy with the boarding service. I was told I could pick my dog up until 6 on Saturday but when I went to pick her up I was told it was a holiday (has anyone heard of Easter Saturday?) and would have to wait till MONDAY! The person working was very rude and unprofessional towards me that would never recommended anyone to use their services.
