My husband purchased my engagement ring stone from Quorri as he had custom created my ring and I LOVE IT. The stone is gorgeous! After a year with the ring I was heartbroken to find a crack in the middle of my stone! I was informed that this (although unfortunate) can be normal even with a true diamond and that there is no warranty on accidental occurrences. The customer service was great however, and they offered me a great discounted rate on a replacement stone and even upgraded my purchase! T
