Needed to re-hook up a system that was already there... of course she wanted to install more equipment $$$ ? asked her is this because your female.... the technician had a feminist fit and ran off the site... omg I called her female lol..... well xplornet said she charge me 75 $ if she could not do it..... she ran away for free ????

Do not trust this company, after accepting 2 work orders stating they would do the job, they never return calls , no contact at all, there mailbox is always full and I waited 12 days and no respond. Got another company and it was done in less than a day and a half.. Beware of this company.

Do not have these people come and fix your internet, they don’t climb towers, they can’t trouble shoot problems and they charge you and don’t give receipts.
