Poor Service
My experience with CARS was not enjoyable. They could definitely improve on both their communication skills and customer service. Both initial pick-up and final delivery were unorganized and mismanaged. My vehicle was shipped much later than promised. Each time I contacted their team during a series of weeks they told me it would reach me in 1 or two more days. The staff seemed to provide a programed response rather than getting accurate information. I understand that delays and errors may be common in this type of business but it would go a long way to communicate these to the customer ahead of time. I have had a few friends moving throughout Canada who asked me about CARS and have advised them to choose a different company. This review is a bit late, but I thought someone else might benefit from this information.
