To Many levels of indirection. My application in Vancouver -> VisaHQ Ottawa -> VisaHQ Partner -> National Visa Service -> National Consular? I'm not 100% sure of this but with all the calls/emails (and no clear answers) I've had to make to try and track progress, this is my current impression. More than 4 weeks have passed since I started dealing with VisaHQ and I have 1 week before I leave for my trip.
