When I sent my complaint (review) to the person who was responsible to get back to me, his comment was (we are sorry for the service you received) and it is uncommon for that to happen. Well it seems to be lip service to me. After reading many reviews from people with the same concerns, they just shrug it off and continue with poor quality service. If you hire people to do a certain job and they just go through the motions, and don't meet certain expectations get rid of them.
