    I bought a three thousand dollar washing machine and dryer not even a month ago. The delivery was late, the salesperson didn't sell me the stacking kit, hose or dryer vent attachment. They arrived late and the technicians couldn't put it together. I called an no one answered. I had to go into the store buy the products and the have another technician come back. When he came back he didn't use the new washer hose. It's been a month and the washer leaked all over my floor and smelt like burning.

    purchased sofa back in 2017, the sale agent convince us to buy warranty for 5 years if anything happen they would come and fix it, but this year we came I make a claimed they try to find excused to deny claim. one of the lame excuse is this warranty does not cover this type of sofa after 1 year of purchase,??? what?? then why would they convince us to buy 5 years warranty if it doesn’t cover more than 1 year...

    A terrible experience with their customer service !! If I could give a negative star review I would . I recently returned from a military deployment , to a wife that is ready to deliver a baby. Our couch that we purchased from the brick and was under warranty broke apart. All we wanted was for a tech to come and either fix it or give us store credit to purchase another couch. It’s been 2 weeks now , no tech and no couch for family to sleep on when visiting the newborn , just infuriated

    I ordered a sectional on September 6, with delivery on October 1st. October 1st I got a call that delivery will be done soon. I called back the number (West hunt Club) and no answer. Today October 8, no delivery and no answer. I called already 8 times and no answer.

    My wife, daughter and I were looking for some furniture and appliances, and we were ably assisted by Farouk! He was very accommodating and was of great help. In the end, we bought the sofa set and laundry appliances we wanted!

    If you are planning to buy Tempurpedic mattrass from this store, do yourself a favor and run away from this store. You try the mattrass at the store and you find it comfartable you order and pay for it and receive completely different quality, the one you will receive is as hard as the floor. You can change it and will get the sam I paid almost 4000.00 $ and I might as well sleep on the floor. They tell you it will get softer after 3 weeks , BS, IT DOESNT. This store is a horness nest keep away.

    Very disappointed with your service. The way you treat your customers is not right. I bought a fridge at your store during the holidays. I paid for the delivery and the conversion of the doors. I was so surprised to receive the fridge without the conversion of the doors. Since then, I am spending so much on the phone to call you. You take an eternity to answer your calls. And whenever I speak with your staff, I have the impression that they don’t take my concerns seriously. It’s clearly show t

    After months of trying to deal with a warranty claim finally the claim goes through and we were expecting delivery today between 8:30 am and 11:30 am. We receive a call from the delivery people that they are at our old address. An address we have not been at for the last 4 years keep in mind they have made deliveries to our home address less than a month ago.Then he calls us back at 1 to say it will be another 4-5 hrs & never shower up the entire day. No one answering our calls. Horriable servic

    Overall customer service is terrible. The staff look absolutely miserable and unfriendly. Return policy is a joke. It’s also very hard to talk to the customer representative who schedules the deliveries as she ever so sarcastically let’s you know that although you’re given a 3 hour window for delivery, you should be available all day... and gives attitude when you request that they show up in the scheduled hours. I absolutely LOATHE dealing with the Brick. Good luck to those who risk it.

    Horrible! Just spoke to a rep from Cust Serv (now that Ive read the reviews, Im impressed she called me back!) I bought a chaise 2 years ago and got the extended warranty that covers the material (peeling, cracking...). The back of the chaise is peeling, so I called it in. Woman asked that I send pics, did so, she called back and said that it was peeling too much and the warranty was void. Excuse me? Why do you think I want it replaced? Makes no sense. Take your business elsewhere. I am!

    Disastrous product. Disastrous customer service.

    If you're looking for a mattress, look elsewhere. After receiving a faulty product, I'm still stuck trying to get them to make good on their 'so called warranty'. Before going, just try calling the store to get someone to answer the phone!! This location on Hunt Club is a disgrace and is managed terribly. Go to mattress mart or somewhere else. TRUST THE REVIEWS! Just a shame as it's a Canadian company.

    Worst experience ...

    Worst experience ever! From the moment I walked out of there, to two months later trying to deal with them charging extra to my account. Customer service is horrible, they never answer their phone, manager never gets back to you, rude! Never deal with the brick or their credit service!

    Do not waste your time to go there. I went there to buy a patio chair. It was the floor model and their last one. I find a way to talk to someone (and it took time!) and finaly they sent me a so called nice woman. I think the guy who said that was kidding me. The lady didn't waste her time telling us we were disturbing her, she just act like that. She was talking to us in completely disdainful way and up saying 'well don't buy it''.
