My consultation with Dr Mark McCullough was very pleasant but unfortunately, everything went very bad just afterwards. The cost estimate came back 2 days later and it was extremely expensive. I looked at the line items and saw errors and omissions along with same items charged several times. The notes did not reflect the conversation I had with the doctor. I talked to Kelly (the doctors assistant) about the matter and she acknowledged the duplicates but said she sees no problem with that.
