While I do understand there was significant snowfall on February 16, my car was buried in snow up to its windows. I believe some level of service and clearing should be expected for that date. The fact that no snow clearing had been done to help my car get out and no lot attendant on staff to help assist me is terrible customer service. Due to the uncleared lot, the amount of snow piled up ripped off my splash shield and part of my bumper even after I tried clearing all the snow around my car.
